Courses
What is AI training for employees, and who is it for?
Practical training that teaches staff to use AI tools in their own job. It is for anyone who works at a computer in a company, office workers of every kind: assistants, administrators, salespeople, accountants, HR, marketing, customer service, managers and business owners. We train small and medium-sized businesses, tradespeople, the self-employed and professional practices.
No technical background is needed for the 'Beginner' and 'All levels' courses. Prerequisites, where there are any, are listed on each course page.
Which tools do we learn to use?
The AI assistants most common in business: Microsoft 365 Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini and Mistral, plus the AI built into Excel, Word, Outlook and Teams. We also cover no-code automation (Power Automate, Make, Zapier, n8n), building custom assistants, and the rules on security, confidentiality and compliance (GDPR, EU AI Act).
We work with the tools already in place in your company, or with trial accounts if you have not chosen yet.
How long is a course?
Courses last half a day (3.5 hours) or a full day (7 hours). They combine into learning paths of 1 to 2.5 days, with an optional half-day follow-up session a few weeks later to correct habits and go further.
Do we need a Copilot licence or a ChatGPT subscription first?
No. Free versions are enough to learn the basics. For Microsoft 365 Copilot, a licence is needed for the features built into Word, Excel or Teams; without one, we work with Copilot Chat and show the differences. We advise you on licence choices during the course, without selling subscriptions.
I am not a company. Can I train as an individual?
Yes: working professionals can join an open session (run on request) or train online. Our courses are not eligible for the French CPF; you fund the course yourself or, if you are self-employed in France, through your profession's training fund when it accepts a provider without Qualiopi certification (rare). Tell us your level and your goal: we will tell you where to start.
Funding
Can my OPCO fund this training?
Often, yes, if your company is established in France, but it depends on your OPCO, your company's size, the budget available and the programme. Funding is never automatic: it is checked case by case, before the training, and you receive a written decision from the OPCO.
We prepare the required documents with you (detailed programme, quote, training agreement) and tell you under which conditions the request can succeed. We never promise funding before that check.
What does 'fully funded' or 'nothing left to pay' mean?
That the OPCO reimburses or pays the entire course fee. It is possible for some companies, especially those with fewer than 50 employees, when the course and the provider meet the OPCO's conditions and the funding ceiling covers the quote.
It is not systematic: funding depends on the OPCO's available funds and on an hourly ceiling or flat rate, and covers the course fee excluding VAT. Participants' salaries, any amount above the scale and, since October 2026 in most cases, the VAT advance remain the company's responsibility. Nobody can guarantee approval in advance: we give you an honest answer after checking with your OPCO.
Are you Qualiopi certified?
No, not at present. Qualiopi is the French quality certification required for a course to be funded by public or pooled funds (OPCO, CPF, France Travail, self-employed training funds).
In practice: a company can always fund the training from its own budget. OPCO funding is only possible through a Qualiopi-certified training provider that carries the agreement and the application, or once our own certification is obtained. We tell you at quote stage which route applies to your situation, and we never promise funding before the OPCO's written decision.
My company is not in France. How do we pay for the training?
You fund the training from your own budget, or through your country's training or skills schemes where they exist, which we help you identify without promising anything. We do not apply for grants on your behalf outside France, and we never promise one.
You receive a quote excluding VAT, a detailed programme and an agreement, and the course can be delivered online in half-day blocks that suit your time zone. Courses are delivered in French; contact us if you need another language and we will tell you what is possible.
Can I use my CPF? What about FNE-Formation, regional aid or Bpifrance?
The CPF (the French personal training account) only funds courses leading to a certification listed in the national registers and delivered by a Qualiopi-certified provider. Our courses are not eligible for the CPF at present. For companies in France, the relevant route is the skills development plan funded by the OPCO; the self-employed may turn to their profession's training fund.
FNE-Formation has not been funded since 2025 according to budget documents, so we do not offer it. Some French regions support the digital transformation of small businesses under conditions that vary locally. Bpifrance offers subsidised data and AI diagnostics for mid-sized companies, which count as consultancy rather than training. We only mention schemes we have verified at the time of your request, and we point you to the official source for each.
Organisation
Where do the courses take place?
At your premises (in-house), online in a live virtual classroom, or in open sessions run on request to train one or two people. In-house dates are agreed with you; any travel costs are itemised in the quote. On-site delivery covers Paris and the rest of France; outside France it is quoted on request, and online delivery is available anywhere.
What language are the courses delivered in? Can you train a team outside France?
Our courses are delivered in French. Teams in the UK, Ireland, the US or elsewhere can join online in half-day blocks scheduled for their time zone, or on site, quoted on request. If you need delivery in English or another language, contact us: we will tell you honestly what is possible rather than promise it.
How many participants per session?
From 4 to 10 participants, 8 recommended: beyond that, individual support during the hands-on workshops becomes difficult. To train a larger team, we run several sessions.
How is learning assessed?
With a self-assessment questionnaire at the start of the session, hands-on exercises observed during the course, an end-of-course quiz and a satisfaction survey. Each participant receives a certificate of completion.
Are the courses accessible to people with disabilities?
Yes. Tell us in advance what adjustments are needed (pace, materials, tools, venue): we plan them with you. The contact is listed in the practical information section of the course catalogue.
We are a training provider. Can you deliver our sessions?
Yes. We work as a subcontractor for training providers, consultancies and schools: delivering AI courses (from our catalogue or your programme), designing course materials, following your quality system, with a written contract and confidentiality about your clients. See the Training providers page.
Custom solutions
Can you create a programme specific to our company?
Yes. Every course in the catalogue is already adapted to your tools and real cases. We can also design a fully custom programme for a job role, an internal software tool or a specific project, or combine training with building a tool (assistant, automation, application).
What do 'custom AI solutions built by AI experts' include?
The design and build of tools adapted to your business: dedicated training modules, AI assistants and agents connected to your documents, automations, business software, websites or web applications. We scope the need with you, deliver a prototype quickly, then train your team to use it. You own what is built for you.
Data and compliance
What do you do with the information sent through the form?
It is used only to reply to your enquiry and prepare a quote. It is stored on our server in Europe and is neither sold nor shared. You can request access, correction or deletion at any time: see our privacy policy.
Is our data safe during the training?
We prefer to work on anonymised examples or on data you choose to share. The first rule we teach is never to paste personal or confidential data into a tool the company has not approved. Tool settings (history, training, business editions) are part of every course.
A question that is not here?
Ask us directly: through the form, by email or by phone. We answer precisely, including when the answer is 'no'.
