AI in Excel: analyse your data and make it reliable

Make your spreadsheets talk: formulas generated and explained, data cleaning, analysis and charts, with Copilot or an AI assistant.

Programme updated on 6 November 2026. Our courses are delivered in French. If you need another language, contact us: we will tell you honestly what is possible.

Learning objectives

By the end of the course, participants are able to

  • Obtain, understand and correct a formula generated by AI (XLOOKUP, nested IFs, SUMIFS, pivot tables)
  • Clean and structure imported data (duplicates, formats, text to split) with AI's help
  • Analyse a spreadsheet in plain English: trends, variances, summaries, charts
  • Automate repetitive tasks: conditional formatting, macros or scripts generated and explained
  • Stay in control: check results, document, protect sensitive data
