Automate your tasks without coding

Reminders, data entry, summaries, publishing: build your first automations with Power Automate, Make, Zapier or n8n, and plug AI into them.

Programme updated on 6 November 2026. Our courses are delivered in French. If you need another language, contact us: we will tell you honestly what is possible.

Learning objectives

By the end of the course, participants are able to

  • Spot the repetitive tasks in your work that deserve automating, and those that do not
  • Describe a process as trigger – conditions – actions
  • Build and test a simple workflow in Power Automate, Make, Zapier or n8n
  • Add an AI step to a workflow (classify, summarise, extract, draft) with human sign-off
  • Secure and maintain your automations: access rights, error handling, logs, personal data

Funding is never automatic; it is checked case by case before the training and confirmed in writing by the OPCO. We prepare the file with you (detailed programme, quote, agreement).
