ChatGPT, Claude and Gemini: the basics of working with AI

Understand how AI assistants work, choose the right tool and use it for everyday tasks, with a method and without risk to your data.

Programme updated on 6 November 2026. Our courses are delivered in French. If you need another language, contact us: we will tell you honestly what is possible.

Learning objectives

By the end of the course, participants are able to

  • Explain in simple terms what a language model is, its strengths and its limits (errors, bias, data)
  • Choose between ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Copilot or Mistral depending on the task and the company's rules
  • Write a clear request (role, context, task, format) and iterate to get a usable result
  • Use AI to draft, summarise, translate, rephrase, structure your thinking and prepare a meeting
  • Check a result and apply confidentiality rules: what you never paste into a tool

Funding is never automatic; it is checked case by case before the training and confirmed in writing by the OPCO. We prepare the file with you (detailed programme, quote, agreement).
