The principle
AI will not replace your team. It gives them time back, provided they learn to use it in their own job, with their own tools, without putting company data at risk. That is exactly what we teach.
Hands-on
Every participant works on their own tasks, with the company's tools. Everyone leaves with three uses they can apply the next morning.
By job role
A salesperson, an executive assistant and an accountant do not need the same things. Our courses are written for each role, not for 'AI in general'.
With clear rules
What you never hand to an AI, how to set up the tools, what GDPR and the EU AI Act require: built into every course.

How it works
Four steps, no jargon.
- 01
A conversation about your needs
Your job roles, your tools, the participants' level, your calendar. Thirty minutes is often enough.
- 02
A programme and a quote
The courses adapted to your real cases, the detailed programme, the quote and the training agreement.
- 03
Funding checked
In France, we prepare the OPCO application with you. Elsewhere, we help you identify national schemes, without promising anything.
- 04
The training, then follow-up
Hands-on workshops on your real tasks, course materials, certificate of completion, and a follow-up session a few weeks later.
Funding
Funding your AI training, where it is available.
In France, most companies pay into an OPCO (a sector training fund) that can cover all or part of the course fee. Companies outside France can take our courses online and fund them from their own budget or through their national schemes, which we help you identify without promising anything. We never promise funding before written confirmation.
- In France: the course fee, according to your sector's scale and the funds available, requested before the training starts
- Outside France: self-funded, or through your country's training schemes, which we help you identify without promising anything
- Boost Activity does not currently hold Qualiopi certification: we tell you which route applies to your case
- The French CPF (personal training account) does not apply to our courses
Why Boost Activity
Experts who practise what they teach.
We design AI assistants, automations and applications for businesses, and we use these tools every day. Training is our first trade; building is the second, and the proof of our expertise.
The market's tools, mastered
Microsoft 365 Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Mistral: their strengths, their limits, their privacy settings and their business editions. We use them every day and follow their changes, which come every quarter.
AI in your office software
Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams, PowerPoint, Google Workspace: we bring AI into the tools your teams already use, without changing their habits or their software.
Process automation
Power Automate, Make, Zapier, n8n: reminders, invoice extraction, email summaries, publishing, data entry. We build reliable workflows, with human sign-off where it matters.
AI agents and assistants
Assistants connected to your procedures, products and documents (custom GPTs, Claude Projects, Copilot agents, Copilot Studio), with guardrails and a quality checklist.
Software, websites and applications
When nothing on the market fits, we build it: business applications, websites, online platforms, connections to your existing software. Delivered documented, and you own the result.
Data, security and compliance
GDPR, trade secrets, the EU AI Act, AI usage policies: we know what a tool can see, where the data goes, and how to roll out AI without putting the company at risk.
Frequently asked questions
What people ask us first.
What is AI training for employees, and who is it for?
Practical training that teaches staff to use AI tools in their own job. It is for anyone who works at a computer in a company, office workers of every kind: assistants, administrators, salespeople, accountants, HR, marketing, customer service, managers and business owners. We train small and medium-sized businesses, tradespeople, the self-employed and professional practices.
No technical background is needed for the 'Beginner' and 'All levels' courses. Prerequisites, where there are any, are listed on each course page.
Which tools do we learn to use?
The AI assistants most common in business: Microsoft 365 Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini and Mistral, plus the AI built into Excel, Word, Outlook and Teams. We also cover no-code automation (Power Automate, Make, Zapier, n8n), building custom assistants, and the rules on security, confidentiality and compliance (GDPR, EU AI Act).
We work with the tools already in place in your company, or with trial accounts if you have not chosen yet.
How long is a course?
Courses last half a day (3.5 hours) or a full day (7 hours). They combine into learning paths of 1 to 2.5 days, with an optional half-day follow-up session a few weeks later to correct habits and go further.
Do we need a Copilot licence or a ChatGPT subscription first?
No. Free versions are enough to learn the basics. For Microsoft 365 Copilot, a licence is needed for the features built into Word, Excel or Teams; without one, we work with Copilot Chat and show the differences. We advise you on licence choices during the course, without selling subscriptions.
