The framework
Clean subcontracting.
What is written into every contract, so you can entrust your clients to us without worry.
- Written subcontracting agreement: assignments, content, resources, follow-up, duration, price. You remain your client's contractual and administrative point of contact.
- Compliance with your quality system (Qualiopi indicator 27 in France, or your own standard): positioning, attendance, assessment of learning, satisfaction, certificate, using your templates.
- Confidentiality: your clients remain your clients; no prospecting on our part, committed in writing.
- Documents provided before the session: detailed programme, trainer CV, course materials; after the session: attendance sheets, assessments, report.
- Data: anonymised examples, tool privacy settings, GDPR and EU AI Act rules recalled in every course.
How we work
From brief to report, in four steps.

Your brief
The client, the audience, the level, the tools in place, the duration, the location, your quality requirements.
- 02
Programme and quote
An adapted programme (or one of our sixteen courses), the deliverables and the day rate, usually within 48 working hours.
- 03
Delivery
At your premises, at your client's site or in a live virtual classroom; materials and exercises ready; your documents respected.
- 04
Report
Assessments, learner feedback, points for improvement, proposed next steps (follow-up session, complementary course).
Terms
Rates, locations, availability.
Day rate (subcontracting)
Quoted on request, excluding VAT and travel costs. Half days and design work billed pro rata or at a fixed price.
Locations
Paris and the Île-de-France region without travel costs; the rest of France on quote; virtual classroom anywhere; on site outside France on quote.
Lead times
Programme and quote usually within 48 working hours; delivery according to the agreed calendar, with priority for regular partners.
Status
Boost Activity (SAS, SIREN 850 973 686, France) does not currently hold Qualiopi certification: you carry the training agreement and the quality responsibility; we act as subcontractor (excluding CPF-funded courses).

Can you deliver under our brand?
Yes. Materials in your branding, presented in your name, co-branding if you prefer. We do not list your clients as references without your written consent.
Which audiences and which levels?
Non-technical staff, from beginner to intermediate: assistants, sales, finance, HR, marketing, customer service, tradespeople, business owners. For technical profiles (developers, data teams), we say so clearly and refer you elsewhere if it is not our ground.
Do you provide the quality documentation?
We complete your documents (positioning, attendance, assessment, satisfaction, certificate) and provide the programme, trainer CV and materials. You remain responsible for the quality system and the relationship with the funder.
What about CPF-funded courses, or delivery in English?
In France, subcontracting CPF-funded courses requires a subcontractor that is itself Qualiopi certified (with regulatory exceptions). That is not our case today: we work on your non-CPF courses. Our sessions are delivered in French; if your client needs English or another language, ask us and we will tell you what is possible.
